It is very EASY if you use one of the compatible hosting sites. Simple even for novice computer users!

What do I need before purchasing a web template? TOP
You will need service with one of our approved Hosting Providers, and a registered domain name.

What is a domain name and where do I purchase one? TOP
A domain name is basically an Internet address. You can register a Domain Name through a variety of companies online. I suggest GoDaddy or you can purchase one from the Hosting site you choose.

I made purchase, but have not received an email from you. What should I do? TOP
I will email you within two days of payment with a questionnaire email (usually within hours). Emails from us may be filtered out as spam/junk by your system (especially hotmail, yahoo and aol). Please be sure to check junk/spam folder for our email. If the email is no longer there contact me here and I will forward the email to you.

Can I get the vector (source) file for my purchase? TOP
We do not provide the layered files with pre-made template purchases nor add-ons.

How do I change my collage photo after it has been uploaded to my hosting account? TOP
Your collage photo is not interchangeable. The image is compress and you will not be able to change it. I can change your photo to a new one for you whenever you wish, but there is a $5. add-on fee for each collage change after the initial setup.

Will you upload a template to a temporary url? TOP
No! Your DNS (domainname servers) needs to be changed to your compatible host before the template will be uploaded.

All hosting, site admin, shopping cart, Mals and domain questions should be directed to your web host.

Do I need to wait for the template to be installed to my account, before I can start working on my site? TOP
Absolutely not! The template is simply a shell that fills in around the content you add with your site admin.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept all forms of Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay with a Credit Card through Paypal's site.
