My web host is not listed on your compatible host page. Will your web templates work with my host?
All of our Pre-Made designs are coded to work with a certain easy to use cart system. The hosts listed on the Compatible Hosts page all use the same system. To keep the prices down all pre-made templates are "only" available for the hosting sites listed on the Compatible Hosts page.

I'm not good with computers and I have never had a website before. How hard is it to use one of your web templates?
It is very EASY if you use one of the compatible hosting sites. Simple even for novice computer users!

What do I need before purchasing a web template?
You will need service with one of our approved Hosting Providers, and a registered domain name.

What is a domain name and where do I purchase one?
A domain name is basically an Internet address. You can register a Domain Name through a variety of companies online. I suggest GoDaddy or you can purchase one from the Hosting site you choose.

I made purchase, but have not received an email from you. What should I do?
I will email you within two days of payment with a questionnaire email (usually within hours). Emails from us may be filtered out as spam/junk by your system (especially hotmail, yahoo and aol). Please be sure to check junk/spam folder for our email. If the email is no longer there contact me here and I will forward the email to you.

Will you upload a template to a temporary url?
No. Your DNS (domainname servers) needs to be changed to your compatible host before the template will be uploaded.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay with a Credit Card through Paypal's site.

Do I need to wait for the template to be installed to my account, before I can start working on my site?
Absolutely not! The template is simply a shell that fills in around the content you add with your site admin.

Do you offer support?
Irresistibly Chic offers unlimited tech support via email for all template related issues. Phone support is not offered.
