Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
Authorization:
Installation of the web design on the client's hosting account. The client hereby authorizes Irresistibly Chic access their site administration and c-panel for the sole purpose of installing the web design. We do not offer emailing or downloading of the template, coding or graphics.
Payment and Refunds:
- There are no refunds due to the nature of digital and personalized products and/or services.
- Custom web design requires a $250 deposit to reserve your place on the waiting list.
- All customs under $500 need to be paid up front.
- Pre-mades are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Cancellation:
There are no refunds due to the nature of digital products or services.
Liability:
Services provided and/or purchased from Irresistibly Chic are provided "as is" without warranty.
Printable Items and Logos:
Due to the different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not match the colors displayed on the monitor. There may be a slight change.
1. Everyone uses different computer monitors and settings.
2. A computer screen is illuminated, so the colors will appear different on the screen than they do in real life.
We will not issue refunds, nor accept returns for misunderstandings due to color, depth or tone. We are not responsible for differences, either real or perceived, between the appearance of the product on your screen and your final printed piece. We recommend 'you' have a test print run 'before' you finalize your approval with us as we will not be held accountable for color differences.
Design Credit:
Irresistibly Chic credit notice appears at the bottom of each web template. The text and link may not be removed, nor altered.
Logo Submissions:
Need be to provided in high resolution, without a background and in one of the following formats psd, ai or eps in RGB (not in CMYK). Copyright must be own or released to you. Logos may only be added to the template header. They are not added to pre-designed banners, nor add-ons.
The provided logo will completely replace the pre-designed template header. Any design elements of the pre-designed header will be removed, along with the tagline. They are not added to provided logos. (Any background, buttons or links will remain on the header.)
Collage Photo Submissions:
Need be to provided in high resolution in one of the following formats jpg, psd, or psp. Copyright must be owned or released to you.
Email Support:
Irresistibly Chic offers unlimited tech support via email for all template related issues. Phone support is not offered. All hosting, site admin, shopping cart, Mals and domain questions should be directed to your web host.
It is the clients responsibly to check their own spam/junk folder for our response and questionnaire emails.
Custom Projects:
- Custom web design requires a $250 deposit to reserve your place on the waiting list.
- All customs under $500 need to be paid up front.
- 50% of the custom project cost is required prior to starting.
The remaining 50% is due upon mock-up acceptance. (Before template coding, before any files are released to the client and before we install the design into your web host.)
Stock art and photos my be used in the creation of the design.
Your project will be slotted design hours. If your project goes over the slotted time frame billing at $35 per will start.

Pre-made and Add On License:
All rights are owned by Irresistibly Chic. Your right to use the template coding, css, graphics and add-on graphics are subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
All pre-made web templates and add-ons are sold with a non-exclusive license. You may use the graphics and coding on one domain, hosted by a compatible hosting company. Templates must be purchased by the domain holder where the template will be installed. Non-exclusive license are non-transferable.
Irresistibly Chic retains the copyright to all graphics and coding. Irresistibly Chic pre-made web templates and add-on products may not be modified in any way.
Irresistibly Chic does not release the layered graphic source files for pre-made or Add-On purchases. All graphics remain intelligent property of Irresistibly Chic.
It is required that you have hosting service with a compatible hosting provider. Your DNS (domainname servers) needs to be changed to your compatible host before the template will be uploaded.
Turnaround/Upload time are scheduled in the order the 'completed' questionnaires are returned. It is the clients responsibly to provide all the required information.
We do not offer emailing or downloading of the template, coding or graphics. Web templates are per our installation to a compatible host only.
You may not:
- Use the graphics and html without purchasing a license.
- Create derivative works from this product.
- You may not use the graphics to create new images. Graphics must be kept in their original format and remain unaltered.
- You may not use the html file to create a new design.
- You may not use the template and/or graphics for commercial gain.
- You may not share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, transfer or claimed as your own.
- You may not redistribute the graphics and/or coding to otherparties.
- Modify template, graphics and Add-On graphics in any way.
Irresistibly Chic reserves the right to update and revise its policies at any time without notice.
